Research on Prevention and Treatment of Fabricated Cement Concrete Pavement

为探究装配式水泥混凝土路面板破坏机理和预防措施,文中分析装配式水泥混凝土路面破坏机理,试配水泥混凝土预制面板混合料配合比,分析装配式路面的面层、基层破坏防治及面板吊装、拼装工艺要点,总结比较了3种不同的板间传力构造方式,重点推荐了板间传力杆系统,并总结提出传力杆系统的关键应用技术。

In order to explore the failure mechanism and preventive measures of fabricated cement concrete pavement,the failure mechanism of fabricated cement concrete pavement is analyzed,the mix ratio of cement concrete precast panel is tested,and the surface layer and base layer damage prevention of fabricated pavement and the main points of panel hoisting and assembling process is analyzed.Three different inter-plate force transmission structures are summarized and compared.The inter-board force-transmitting rod system is recommended,and the key application technology of the system is analyzed.
