摘要
采用劈裂试验和三点弯曲疲劳试验,在环氧沥青混合料强度发展规律研究的基础上,分析不同固化程度下环氧沥青混合料疲劳特性。结果表明:强度在初期增长速度较慢,后期速率不断提高,最后强度不再显著增长;环氧沥青混合料固化过程本质是其黏弹性变化的过程,随着强度的增长,环氧沥青混合料抗变形能力减弱,在高应力水平下,易发生脆性断裂,导致其损伤累积在较低水平时发生疲劳破坏。
In this paper,the splitting test and three-point bending fatigue test were used to analyze the fatigue behavior of epoxy asphalt mixture under different curing degrees on the basis of the research on the strength development law of epoxy asphalt mixture.The results show that the rate of strength growth is slow in the early time,then the rate of strength growth continues to increase.In the end,the strength tends to be stable.It is also found that the essence of epoxy asphalt mixture curing process is the change of viscoelasticity.With the increase of strength,the resistance to deformation becomes weak.At the high stress level,it is prone to brittle fracture,and will cause fatigue damage when the damage accumulates at a lower stress level.
