2013—2017年上海市浦东新区四种乙类自然疫源性疾病流行病学分析 被引量:2

Epidemiological analysis of four natural epidemic diseases of Class B in Pudong New Area,Shanghai(2013-2017)

摘要 目的 了解2013—2017年上海市浦东新区四种乙类自然疫源性疾病的流行现状,为制定应急防控措施提供依据。方法 从《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中,按照现住址导出上海市浦东新区2013—2017年报告的登革热、布病、乙脑、出血热的疫情数据进行统计分析。结果 2013—2017年上海市浦东新区共报告登革热、布病、乙脑、出血热四种乙类自然疫源性疾病27例,无死亡病例,年均报告发病率为0.10/10万。其中登革热12例,年均报告发病率为0.05/10万;出血热8例,年均报告发病率为0.03/10万;布病5例,年均报告发病率为0.02/10万;乙脑2例,年均报告发病率为0.01/10万。报告时间主要在6~12月,共报告20例,占病例总数的74.07%;地区主要集中在城区和偏远农村地区,共报告16例,占病例总数的59.26%;职业以家务及待业和工人为主,共报告11例,占病例总数的40.74%。结论 除登革热外,上海市浦东新区布病、乙脑、出血热三种乙类自然疫源性疾病近年来发病呈现下降趋势,需加强对自然疫源性疾病的监测。 Objective To understand the epidemiological status of four natural epidemic diseases of Class B in Pudong New Area from 2013 to 2017. Methods According to the“China Disease Prevention and Control Information System”,statistical analysis was conducted on the data of natural epidemic diseases from 2013 to 2017 in Pudong New Area. Results From 2013 to 2017,a total of 27 cases in 4 types of natural epidemic diseases were reported,with no deaths.The average annual incidence rate was 0.10/lakh.The sequence of incidence was dengue fever(0.05/lakh),hemorrhagic fever(0.03/lakh),brucellosis(0.02/lakh)and Japanese encephalitis(0.01/lakh).The time mainly occurred in June-December,with 20 cases,accounting for 74.07%;the area was mainly concentrated in urban and suburban areas,with 16 cases,accounting for 59.26%;the occupations were mainly domestic/unemployed and workers,with 11 cases,accounting for 40.74%. Conclusion In addition to dengue fever,brucellosis、Japanese encephalitis and hemorrhagic fever have shown a downward trend in recent years,and it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of natural epidemic diseases.
