上海浦东高桥地区退休职工健康状况分析

Health status among retired employees in the Gaoqiao Area of Pudong District in Shanghai City

目的 了解上海浦东高桥地区退休职工健康状况,为针对性开展该地区退休职工的健康管理提供依据。方法 回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年6月上海浦东高桥地区接受健康体检的4158名退休职工的体检资料,分析体检结果及疾病谱,比较不同性别、年龄人群的健康状况。结果 4158名受检的退休职工中,健康问题的检出率为61.04%,前5位健康问题依次为高脂血症(68.33%)、高血压(49.01%)、脂肪肝(32.59%)、冠心病(27.03%)、肝功能异常(25.16%)。与女性比较,男性退休职工高脂血症、高血压、脂肪肝、冠心病及肝功能异常等前5位健康问题的检出率均明显升高(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增加,高血压、冠心病及肝功能异常的检出率依次升高,而高脂血症、脂肪肝的检出率则依次降低(P<0.05)。结论 上海浦东高桥地区退休职工的健康状况不理想,高脂血症、高血压及脂肪肝等常见疾病患病情况较为严重,需引起高度重视。

Objective To analyze the result of health status among retired employees in the Gaoqiao Area of Pudong District in Shanghai City,in order to provide the basis for carrying out targeted community health management. Methods The physical examination data of 4 158 cases of retired employees who receive free health examination from January 2017-June 2018 in the Gaoqiao area of Pudong District in Shanghai City were selected and retrospectively analyzed,the results of physical examination and disease spectrum were analyzed,and the health status among different genders and ages were compared. Results In all the 4 158 retired employees carried on health examination,the detection rate of health abnormality was 61.04%.The top five health problems were hyperlipidemia(68.33%),hypertension(49.01%),fatty liver(32.59%),coronary heart disease(27.03%),liver dysfunction(25.16%).Compared with females,the detection rates of the top five health problems including hyperlipidemia,hypertension,fatty liver,coronary heart disease and liver dysfunction in male retirees were significantly increased(P<0.05).With the increase of age,the detection rates of hypertension,coronary heart disease and liver dysfunction were increased,the detection rates of hyperlipidemia,fatty liver was reduced(P<0.05). Conclusions The health condition of retired workers in Gaoqiao area of Pudong district of Shanghai is worrying and worthy of particular mention.
