Preparation of Hollow Glass Microspheres for Syntactic Foam Used in 11 000m Deep Sea

该文研究开发了一种玻璃粉末法制备全海深浮力材料用空心玻璃微珠的生产工艺,选择化学稳定性好的硼硅酸盐体系作为空心玻璃微珠的基体材料,制备出空心玻璃微珠;通过水压、筛分方法剔除缺陷微珠,最终获得满足要求的高强度全海深浮力材料用空心玻璃微珠。

A process of preparing hollow glass microspheres used in11000m deep sea by glass powder method has been developed.We select borosilicate system with good chemical stability as matrix material to prepare hollow glass microspheres,and obtain high strength hollow glass microspheres used in11000m deep sea after eliminating the defective ones by sieving and hydraulic pressure method.
