中美混凝土施工标准对比研究

摘要 混凝土施工包括模板工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程三部分。该文对比了中、美规范在模板工程方面的相关规定,从模板材料、荷载、模板拆除对比了异同点:中国规范较为滞后,其关于模板荷载计算公式不同,中国规范对结构各个部分拆模的混凝土强度作了具体规定。中国的钢筋具体应用技术措施还不完备,中美对钢筋强度等级、抗震性能指标要求不同。中美关于混凝土工程的规范都比较完善,对混凝土的坍落度、温度等性能指标要求和测试方法不同,对混凝土浇筑温度、养护温度的要求不同。 Concrete construction includes three parts:formwork,steel bar engineering and concrete engineering.Comparing relevant regulations of Chinese and American Codes in formwork,we conclude the similarities and differences from the aspects of formwork materials,loads and formwork demolition:the Chinese Code is relatively lagging behind in this respect,and the formula for calculating formwork load is different;the Chinese Code specifies the concrete strength of each part of the structure after framework demolished.Chinese specific application measures for steel bars are still incomplete.China and the United States have different requirements on the strength grade and seismic performance index of steel bars.Both China and the United States have relatively complete specifications for concrete engineering.The requirements for concrete property indexes such as slump and temperature and testing methods are different,and so do the requirements for concrete casting and curing temperature.
