摘要
采用超声波辅助碱法提取栝楼叶蛋白.在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验得到了超声波辅助碱法提取栝楼叶蛋白的最佳工艺条件.在温度为55℃、pH值为10、超声时间为40min、超声功率为150 W、料液比为1∶25(g∶mL)、NaCl的浓度为0.5mol/L的最佳工艺条件下,叶蛋白提取率达到23.26%.
Protein was extracted from leaves of trichosantheskirilowii Maxim by alkali extraction method.Ultrasonic was used to increase the protein extraction rate and decrease the extraction time.Through single-factor tests and orthogonal experimental method,the optimal conditions for ultrasonic-assisted alkali extraction were determined as follows:temperature55℃,pH10,ultrasonic time40min,the ultrasonic power150W,the ratio of material to liquid l:25(g/mL)and the concentration of NaCl0.5mol/L.With these technical conditions,protein yield was about23.26%.
