武陵山片区贫困群众对扶贫政策满意度的评价——以怀化市溆浦县为例

Satisfaction of Poverty Population in Wulingshan Area with Poverty Alleviation Policy:Take Xupu County,Huaihua City as an Example

从扶贫项目的落实情况出发,构建扶贫政策满意度评价指标体系,并采用Logistic回归方法进行建模,采用SPSS22.0软件进行回归分析,结果表明,教育扶贫工程和基础设施建设工程对扶贫政策满意度的影响较大.要提高贫困群众对扶贫政策的满意度,应加大贫困地区教育扶持的力度,尽快完善贫困地区的基础设施建设,并积极推进产业扶贫.

The satisfaction of rural poor population with the current poverty alleviation policy is analyzed through logistic regression modeling method and SPSS22.0.The results show that infrastructure construction and education programs are more significant.To improve the satisfaction of poor groups with poverty alleviation policies,we should increase the support for education,and improve infrastructure construction in poverty-stricken areas as soon as possible.
