摘要 介绍了利用激光二极管双端泵浦高功率1.89μm Tm:YLF激光器,其线宽小于0.1 nm。腔内以Brewster角插入0.05 mm YAG F-P标准具强制起偏,获得1.89μm的水平偏振光,再依次加入0.05 mm和0.3 mm YAG F-P标准具稳定输出波长,实现窄线宽激光输出。当注入泵浦功率为137 W时,获得了输出波长为1 889.3 nm 46 W的连续输出功率,其斜率效率为45.1%。随着泵浦功率由20 W增加到137 W,输出波长仅漂移了0.12 nm。当激光输出功率为15 W和30 W时,对应的光束质量分别为1.7和2.2。 A high power diode-pumped Tm:YLF laser operating at1.89μm with FWHM line width less than0.1nm is introduced.The YAG Fabry-Perot etalons of0.05mm is inserted to polarize at Brewster angle in laser cavity,and1.89μm horizontal polarized light is obtained.Two Fabry-Perot etalons with0.05mm and0.3mm YAG are inserted successively for spectral narrowing and laser stabilization.Under incident pump power of137W,46W continuous output power with1889.3nm output wavelength and45.1%slope efficiency is achieved.The laser wavelength shift of only0.12nm with the incident pump power from20W to137W is observed.The beam quality factors at output power of15W and30W are1.7and2.2respectively.
