摘要
针对大小扁锭两条铸造线共用一套循环冷却水系统不能同时铸造生产的问题,某公司进行了空车模拟试验,找出了产生该问题的主要因素,通过加装冷却水电子阀门、提高循环水水质、调整铸造工艺及负荷试生产,实现了铝合金扁锭一水两铸生产。
For the problem that two casting lines of large and small slabs sharing a set of circulating cooling water system couldn t be cast at the same time,no-load simulation test was carried out in a company to find out the main factors that caused the problem,then the one-water and two-casting production of aluminum alloy slab was realized through adding an electronic valve for cooling water,improving the quality of circulating water,adjusting the casting process and load trial production.
