摘要
基于大直径6082铝合金圆铸锭在熔铸过程中容易产生气孔、疏松和晶粒粗大等熔铸缺陷,在对其化学成分进行优化的基础上,通过选择合适的铸造方法、合理的熔体处理方法以及晶粒细化方法,并合理搭配铸造速度、铸造温度和冷却强度三大铸造工艺参数,实现了生产符合后续挤压工艺要求的高品质Φ605 mm 6082铝合金圆铸锭的目的。
It was easy to appear melting and casting defects such as stomata,looseness and coarse grain in the melting and casting process of 6082aluminum alloy round ingots with large diameter,so on the basis of its chemical constituents optimized,by selecting suitable casting method,reasonable melt treatment method and the grain refinement method,and reasonably matching casting process parameters--casting speed,casting temperature and cooling intensity,the purpose of producingΦ605mm6082aluminum alloy round ingots of high quality meeting the requirement of subsequent extrusion process was realized.
