摘要
回转窑氯化焙烧银锰精矿,烟气中氯等组分容易导致耐火砖损坏,使回转窑运转率低。通过采用高强浇注料在回转窑筒体的内表面上浇注和同缝砌筑结构对回转窑内衬进行优化设计,提高了回转窑内衬的使用寿命和回转窑的运转率。
Chloridizing roasting of silver-manganese concentrate in rotary kiln,chlorine and other components in flue gas led to damage of firebrick easily,which made running rate of rotary kiln low.The lining of rotary kiln was optimized by using high strength castable on the inner surface of cylinder of rotary kiln and masonry structure with straight-lint joint,which improved the service life of liner of rotary kiln and the running rate of rotary kiln.
