卓越教师协同培养机制改进研究——对U-G-S模式的思考 被引量:6

摘要 现实中,大学—政府—中小学协同培养卓越教师机制的运行和效果存在着诸如缺少专门的信息沟通和协调机构、师范生实践时间和空间不足、缺少协同培养过程和结果的跟踪与反馈等问题。究其原因,是各方缺少对真正培育卓越教师的理性认识和高效行动。为改进卓越教师协同培养机制,可采取如下措施:树立互惠共赢、协同联动观念,建立卓有成效的协同培养协调机构,创建协同联动的师资共同体,建立协同培养过程和结果的监控和反馈机制,提供卓越教师协同培养机制所需的相应的保障支持。 There are some problems in the operation and effect of the mechanism of university-government-primary and secondary school collaborative training of excellent teachers,such as:the lack of special information communication,the lack of practice time and space of normal school students,the lack of tracking and feedback of the process and results of collaborative cultivation.To find out the reasons,there is a lack of rational understanding and effective action to cultivate truly outstanding teachers.It is urgent to improve the cooperative training mechanism of outstanding teachers.to establish the concept of mutual benefit and coordination;to establish an effective coordination mechanism for collaborative training;to create synergy,to establish the monitoring and feedback mechanism of the process and results of collaborative training,and to provide the corresponding guarantee and support for the cooperative training mechanism of excellent teachers.
