大学生党员理想信念现状及教育对策研究——以石家庄市部分高校为例

大学生党员作为大学生中的先进分子和领头人,起着关键性的模范与表率作用,抓好他们的理想信念教育,不仅事关高校党建工作的成效,更对落实培养什么样的人以及怎样培养人这一根本性战略任务具有深远影响。当前大学生党员的理想信念状况主流是好的,但也不同程度地存在着一些问题。为增强大学生理想信念教育的实效性,应强化大学生党员马克思主义理论学习,改进大学生党员理想信念教育路径与方式,深入开展大学生理想信念教育实践活动以及完善大学生理想信念教育工作机制等。

As advanced members of college students,Party Members play a key role.Their ideal and belief is not only related to the effectiveness of Party building in colleges and universities,but also has a profound influence on the implementation of the fundamental strategic task of cultivating and how to cultivate people.The mainstream of college student Party Members'ideal and belief is good,but there are some problems to varying degrees.In order to enhance the effectiveness of education,it is necessary to strengthen the study of Marxist theory for party members,to improve the path and method of education,and to carry out the education practice activities and so on.
