氯化铵氨水分光光度法测定20%噻森铜悬浮剂的有效含量

摘要 二价铜在p H10的氯化铵氨水缓冲溶液中与其中的氨生成蓝色络合物,其在最大吸收波长625nm处吸光度与铜的浓度符合比尔定律,据此建立了测定噻森铜的方法,实验了铜的显色条件,实验证明:方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1. 34%,可用于20%噻森铜悬浮剂的有效含量测定。 Two valence copper forms a blue complex with ammonia in PH10 ammonium chloride buffer solution,The relationship between the absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength of 625nm with the content of copper obeys the Lambert-Beer”s law,Based on which a method for determination of Thia Zen copper was established.Color developing condition for two valence copper.The experimental results show that the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.34%.It can be used for the determination of the effective content of 20%Thia Zen copper suspension concentrate.
