摘要
为研究电化学法在工业循环冷却水阻垢处理实际应用中的影响因素,本实验构建了电解槽的模型装置,采用自制的电解系统,通过调整电化学参数得出其阻垢处理的最佳工艺参数,并深入分析其影响机理。实验结果表明,当极板间距为10cm、电解电压为7v、电解时间为6h时,对于循环水垢的去除具有良好功效,该技术是一种绿色环保工艺。
In order to explore the influencing factors of electrochemical method in the practical application of industrial circulating cooling water scale inhibition,this experiment constructed the model device of electrolytic cell,adopted the self-made electrolytic system,obtained the optimal process parameters of scale inhibition by adjusting the electrochemical parameters,and deeply analyzed the influencing mechanism.The experimental results show that when the plate spacing is 10cm,the electrolytic voltage is 7v,and the electrolytic time is 6h,it has a good effect on the removal of circulating scale and is a green environmental protection process.
