摘要
文章以西科斯基S-76D直升机加工过程中产生的零件精度孔/面尺寸超差、复合材料表面漆层厚度超差、铝合金阳极化膜层表面产生黑斑、铝合金阳极化膜层质量较差共四个表面处理问题进行展开,详细介绍了问题产生的原因及相关解决办法。
This article launches the research on the following four surface treatment issues occur during the manufacturing of S-76D:1.out of tolerance for part accuracy and the dimension of pore space and surface 2.out of tolerance for the thickness of composite surface paint coat 3.black discoloration generated on the surface of aluminum alloy anodizing coating 4.poor quality of aluminum alloy anodizing coating,and presents the causes of issues as well as related solutions in detail.
