济南流域大型底栖动物群落生物完整性评价

摘要 为了对济南市流域大型底栖动物群落生物完整性的探究,于2014年春季、夏季和秋季在济南市全流域31个采样站位进行3次大型底栖动物群落样品采集和水体环境因子的野外采样调查。通过分类、鉴定、数据整理与分析,计算得到3次大型底栖动物生完整性评价指数(B-IBI),分析济南市大型底栖动物群落结构和生物完整性指数在时间和空间上的差异,进而对济南市水生态健康状况进行评价。结果显示,济南南部山区位于并渡口-卧虎山水库这条支流大型底栖动物物群落结构比较完整,生物多样性较高,生态环境状况比较健康;济南市主城区人为干扰程度较大,大型底栖动物群落结构破坏严重,生态环境状况较差。 In order to explore the biological integrity of the macrobenthos community in Jinan,investigation on large一scale benthic and water environment in 31 sampling stations in the whole river basin were carried out in spring,summer and autumn in 2014.Through classification,identification,data collation and analysis,three large-scale benthic animal integrity assessment index(B-IBI)were calculated,and the differences in time and space between macrobenthos community structure and biological integrity index in Jinan were analyzed.In turn,the water ecological health status of Jinan City was e-valuated.The results showed that the large benthic community structure of the tributary of the Bind-ukou一Wushushan Reservoir in the southern mountainous area of Jinan is relatively complete,with high biodiversity and relatively healthy ecological environment.The main urban area of Jinan City has a large degree of human disturbance.The benthic community structure is seriously damaged and the ecological environment is poor.
