摘要
为了评估GXN型聚酯纤维材料的路用性能,采用室内车辙试验、低温弯曲破坏试验、冻融劈裂试验,对GXN聚酯纤维0掺量和0. 25%掺量下的沥青混合料的高低温性能及水稳定性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:1)掺加GXN型聚酯纤维能显著提高沥青混合料的高低温性能及水稳定性能,尤其对水稳定性能提升更加显著; 2)与不掺加纤维相比,在GXN聚酯纤维掺量为0. 25%时其沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能分别提高了40. 9%、43. 1%和9. 6%; 3)掺加GXN型聚酯纤维能显著改善混合料内部的受力状况,起到内部加筋的作用。
In order to evaluate the road performance of GXN polyester fiber materials,this paper adopts the test of rutting,low temperature bending failure and freeze-thaw split to study the high and low temperature performance,water stability of asphalt mixture under GXN polyester fiber with0and2.5‰content.The results show:1)Adding GXN polyester fiber can significantly improve the high and low temperature performance,water stability of asphalt mixture,and its water stability is obviously improved;2)Compared with the non-doped fiber,the high temperature rutting resistance,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the asphalt mixture of GXN polyester fiber were increased by40.9%,43.1%and8.5%respectively when the GXN polyester fiber content is2.5%;3)The addition of GXN polyester fiber can significantly improve the internal stress of the mixture,and play the role of an internal reinforcement.
