钢板厚度变化对摩擦型高强度螺栓承载力的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着交通发展需求,建设的钢桁架桥梁越来越多,这些钢桁梁桥梁杆件或板件之间采用高强度螺栓连接较多,并且相连部位存在各种厚度钢板。目前在一些规范中已有高强度螺栓设计方法,但没有明确与型号对应钢板厚度使用范围。为了明确不同板件厚度对摩擦型高强度螺栓承载力的影响,采用了ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了摩擦型高强度螺栓计算模型,分析了不同钢板厚度对摩擦系数、预紧力、钢材强度的影响。结果表明,摩擦型高强度螺栓存在钢板塑性屈服和摩擦面滑移2种极限状态,M30摩擦型高强度螺栓不宜在板厚小于20 mm钢板使用。 With the demand for traffic development,more and more steel truss bridges have been constructed.These steel truss girder bridge members or plates are connected by high-strength bolts,and there are various thickness steel plates at the connecting parts.At present,there are high-strength bolt design methods in some specifications,but the range of steel plate thickness corresponding to the model was not specified.In order to define the influence on the bearing capacity of friction high strength bolts under different plate thicknesses,this paper adopts an ANSYS finite element analysis software to establish a friction-type high-strength bolt calculation model,which explored the influence on parameters such as friction coefficient,pre-tightening force,steel strength different plate thickness.The results show that the friction type high-strength bolt has two limit states:plastic yield and friction surface slip.M30friction type high-strength bolt should not be used in steel plate with thickness less than20mm.
