城市出入口立交道路交通参数采集与通行状态判别技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 城市出入口立交的通行状态是影响城市交通管理与出行诱导策略的重要因素,为了弥补固定型检测手段采集覆盖面小、获取立交路面交通信息少的不足,提出了基于无人机视频的城市出入口交通参数提取及通行状态判别方法。首先对无人机航拍采集的视频图像进行预处理和分析,通过背景建模和运动目标检测跟踪方法提取无人机悬停航拍视频中的交通流量、流速和占有率等参数;然后利用图像特征匹配方法校对不同拍摄角度与实际立交地理位置图,校准图像中的实际地理位置信息;最后,结合城市出入口立交特点建立基于运动目标占有率的通行状态判别模型,解决了通过无人机视频自动判别立交整体通行状态的问题。无人机视频技术的应用可为城市出入口交通诱导和交通应急管理提供前期决策依据。 The traffic status of urban entrances and exits is an important factor influencing the urban traffic management and travel induction strategy. In order to make up for the shortcomings of the fixed type of detection means to collect small coverage and to obtain less traffic information on the road surface of the interchange,this paper proposes the method of urban traffic entrance and exit traffic parameter extraction and traffic state discrimination based on UAV video. Firstly,the video images acquired by the UAV are pre-processed and analyzed. The background traffic,the moving target detection and tracking method are used to extract the traffic flow,speed and occupancy rate of the road. Then the image feature matching method is used to correct the different shooting angles and the actual intersection geographic map,and calibrate the actual geographical location information in the image. Finally,based on the characteristics of urban entrance and exit interchange,a traffic state discrimination model based on the target occupancy of moving targets is established,which solves the problem of automatically judging the overall traffic status of interchanges through the video. The application of UAV video technology can provide early decision-making basis for urban traffic guidance and emergency management.
