民族地区双语教学及管理模式调查分析——以甘肃民族师范学院为例

摘要 以民族地区双语教学及管理模式为研究对象,随机抽取43名甘肃民族师范学院教师为样本进行问卷调查,着重分析民族地区双语教学及管理模式发展中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施和建议。 The bilingual teaching and management mode in ethnic minority areas were research objects in this paper.43teachers from Gansu Normal University for Nationalities were randomly selected to complete the questionnaire survey.Some problems existing in the development of the bilingual teaching and management mode were analyzed particularly,and corresponding solutions and suggestions would be put forward finally.
