摘要
泥页岩在液体中浸泡后,其性质如何改变,对产量的影响如何,目前研究还较少,其压后是直接返排还是焖井后返排就成了关注的焦点。从机理上分析了页岩气井返排原因,调查分析了焖井浸泡对页岩的影响。分析认为,虽然液体浸泡使得页岩渗透率变差,但是适当的焖井浸泡可以减少裂缝和空隙中的水锁现象,降低页岩吸附量,有利于吸附气向游离气转化,最终提高页岩气井产量和采收率。
There is less research on mud shale about its property change and its impact on production rate after dipped in liquid.Whether direct flowback follows fracturing or flowback follows shut in well becomes focus of attention.On the basis of analysis of flowback cause of shale gas wells and impact of soak on shale,this paper believes that proper soak can reduce water-locked phenomenon in fracture and gap,decrease shale absorbing capacity and help transformation of absorbed gas to free gas to improve shale gas well production rate and recovery efficiency although soak makes shale permeability worse.
