国家开放大学开放教育的任务之一就是人才培养模式的改革,在实践性教学环节中加强对学生知识、能力、素质的综合培养。应该多管齐下,多方面开展工作:纠正"重理论、轻实践教学"的观念;合理设置实践教学课程;改革实践性教学模式,提高师资水平;创新教学考核方式,提高学习主动性。

One of open education tasks for China open universities is to reform personnel training mode and strengthen a student's comprehensive education in knowledge,ability and quality in practical teaching link.We should rectify the idea of“stressing on theory with neglecting practical teaching”,make a reasonable layout for practice teaching course,reform practice teaching mode to improve teachers'ability and innovate teaching examination method to boost the students'learning initiative.
