党的基层组织是贯彻党的理论和路线方针政策、落实党的任务的战斗堡垒,应该充分发挥基层党组织的政治统领作用,以政治思想建设为先导,围绕教育管理抓党建;以业务工作为切入点,围绕中心工作抓党建;以落实基层党建机制为抓手,拓展思路抓党建;以形式多样的主题活动,促进党建内容丰富化。

Grassroots Party organizations are the battlewagons to implement the Party's theories,lines and policies and guidelines and fulfill the Party's task.We should give full play to political commander of grassroots Party organizations and take political thought construction as the guide to grasp Party building around educational administration.We should take business work as the pointcut to grasp Party building around central task.We should put grassroots Party building mechanism into practice to develop thought for Party building.We should carry out various forms of theme activities to make Party building contents richer.
