摘要
新组建井队往往存在着规章制度不完善、员工之间不熟悉、队伍管理不顺畅等问题,要加强对新组建单位的队伍建设与管理,必须加强制度建设,注重自我管理和创新;加强人文关怀,努力提升队伍凝聚力;加强员工培训,激励与考核并行;加强"三基"管理,提升团队综合绩效;加强安全管理,确保施工安全;加强班组管理,提升综合效益。
Imperfect rules and regulations,unfamiliar relationship between employees and unsmooth employee team management are common problems existing in the new established drilling crew.Strengthening its team construction and management requires strengthening system construction and focusing on self-government and innovation,strengthening humanistic care to enhance the team's cohesive force,strengthening employees'training and boosting motivation and assessment in parallel,strengthening“Three Bases”management to promote team comprehensive performance,strengthening safety management to ensure operation safety and strengthening team management to increase comprehensive benefits.
