随着社区相关事务分离移交工作的推进,党委领导、政府主导、支部引导、企业参与、居民自治的社区管理是今后油田社区管理的新模式,必须深入开展"1+1"特色社区创建,多措并举、推进常态化,双管齐下、提高参与度,齐心协力、确保实效性。

Community management based on Party committee leadership,government domination,Party branch guidance,enterprise participation and resident self-governance is a new pattern in the future oilfield community management along with advancement of separation and handover work of community related affairs.We must carry out deeply construction of“1+1”special community by taking many measures simultaneously to promote normalization,working along both lines to increase participation degree and making concerted effort to guarantee the effectiveness.
