数字化胸腔引流系统在胸腔镜下肺结节楔形切除术中的应用价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的评价数字化胸腔引流系统在胸腔镜下肺结节楔形切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年5~12月胸腔镜下肺结节楔形切除术34例资料,术后应用数字化胸腔引流系统(数字组)和传统胸腔引流贮液瓶(传统组)各17例。2组性别、年龄、病灶最大径和良恶性无明显统计学差异。比较2组引流时间与术后住院时间。结果 34例手术过程顺利,术后均未出现肺炎、肺不张及心血管意外等并发症,顺利出院。与传统组相比,数字组引流时间短[中位数2(1~5) d vs. 3(2~6) d,Z=-2. 126,P=0. 033],术后住院时间短[3(2~6) d vs. 5(2~8) d,Z=-2. 056,P=0. 040]。结论数字化胸腔引流系统可实时观测术后恢复与漏气情况,对缩短引流时间和术后住院时间具有积极意义。 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of digital chest drainage system in thoracoscopic wedge resection of pulmonary nodules.Methods A total of 34 patients diagnosed with lung nodule from May 2017 to September 2017 undergoing thoracoscopic wedge resection of pulmonary nodules were enrolled in this study.The digital chest drainage system was applied in 17 cases after surgery,while traditional pressure deregulating type chest drainage unit was used in another 17 cases.No significant differences were observed in gender,age,lesion diameter,and benign or malignant tumor.The drainage duration and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results All the surgeries in both groups were successful and no complications occurred,such as pneumonia,atelectasis or cardiovascular incidents.As compared with the traditional group,the digital group had less drainage duration[2(1-5)d vs.3(2-6)d,Z=-2.126,P=0.033]and shorter postoperative hospital stay[3(2-6)d vs.5(2-8)d,Z=-2.056,P=0.040].Conclusion The observation of patients’recovery and air leak is real-time by using digital drainage system,which could shorten the drainage duration and reduce the postoperative hospital stay.
