摘要
领导在企业发展中发挥着重要作用,员工创新对金融类企业的经营绩效具不可忽视的积极影响。本文采用层级回归分析方法分析威权领导与员工创新行为之间的关系。实证研究结果表明:金融行业里领导者适当威权能够在一定情境下正向促进员工创新行为;组织认同在威权型领导行为与员工创新之间显示出完全中介效应。
Leadership behavior is an important variable that affects organizational behavior.Employee innovation plays a crucial role in the financial performance of financial companies.This text,uses Hierarchical Regression Analysis to analyze the relationship between the authoritarianism leadership and employee innovative behavior.The results prove that:authoritarianism leadership has a positive impact on employee innovative behavior;organizational identification plays a mediating role between the authoritarianism leadership and employee innovative behavior.
