摘要
教师作为教育教学的重要主体,其职业幸福感与教育教学息息相关。国内外对教师职业幸福感的研究主要从教师个体差异、教师职业幸福感的影响因素、提升策略、理论研究等方面进行。根据教师职业幸福感的内涵、现状、影响因素、提升策略,最终得出对教师职业幸福感的研究启示:丰富国内相关研究资料,建设教育强国;帮助教师增强幸福感体验,提高教学效果;发展边远地区教育事业,促进各民族共同繁荣。
As a crucial subject in education,teacher’s professional well-being is closely linked to education.The researches of teacher’s professional well-being home and abroad are mainly from the following aspects:individual differences among teachers,factors influencing teachers’professional well-being,upgrade strategies,theoretical researches.According to the connotation,current situations,factors and upgrade strategies of professional well-being,we got the enlightenments for the study on professional well-being of primary school teacher:enriching the relevant domestic research materials and building a powerful nation of education;helping teachers enhance well-being experience and improving teaching efficiency;developing the education in remote areas and promoting all ethnic groups to be co-prosperous.
