摘要
在班级管理中,只有以师爱为前提,教师才能真正教育好学生,班主任才能真正管理好班级,从而完成教书育人的教育使命。师爱在班级管理中有着重要的理论价值和实践意义。师爱是班级管理中的润滑剂、粘合剂,更是催化剂。爱学生是班主任工作的应有之义,同时爱学生也是一门艺术。班主任在班级管理中要学会正确运用师爱,在师爱的引领下走进班级,在师爱的浸润中发展班级,在师爱的基础上管理班级,充分运用师爱的力量助推班级各项工作的开展。
In the class management,only with the teacher’s love as the premise,teachers can educate students well,and the headteacher can really manage the class well,so as to complete the education mission of teaching and educating.Teacher’s love has important theoretical value and practical application in class management.Teacher’s love is the lubricant,binder and catalyst in class management.To love students is due to the work of the headteacher,but at the same time loving students is an art.The headteacher should learn to properly use the teacher’s love in the class management,enter the class under the guidance of the teacher’s love,develop the class in the infiltration of the teacher’s love,manage the class on the basis of the teacher’s love,and fully use the power of the teacher’s love to boost the class’s work.
