中药复方培元康对蛋鸡产蛋和蛋品质的影响

Effects of TCM compound Peiyuankang on laying eggs and egg quality of laying hens

选用黄芪、白术等七种中药制成复方中药散剂培元康,按0.2%比例添加,经对产蛋期的高产蛋鸡、夏季蛋鸡、患病后蛋鸡、老龄蛋鸡进行实验观察,培元康可减少高产蛋鸡与夏季热应激蛋鸡的软蛋、破蛋、畸形蛋率(P<0.01);显著降低热应激对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响(P<0.05);促进患病后蛋鸡产蛋率的快速恢复(P<0.01);提高老龄蛋鸡产蛋率(P<0.01)。检测实验所产鸡蛋,符合国家关于鸡蛋的食品卫生要求。

Using seven kinds of Chinese medicine such as Astragalus and Baishu,Peiyuankang,a compound Chinese medicine powder,was added to feed at a ratio of 0.2%.According to the experimental observation of the high\|yield laying hens,summer laying hens,sick laying hens,and aged laying hens in the egg production period,the rate of soft eggs,broken eggs and abnormal eggs in the high\|yield laying hens and summer heat stress laying hens was reduced(P<0.01).The effect of heat stress on egg production performance was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The TCM compound also promoted the recovery of egg production rate after disease(P<0.01)and increased the egg production rate of aged layers(P<0.01).In the eggs produced in the laboratory,the contents of lecithin,iron and selenium were increased and the contents of cholesterol were reduced.The heavy metal content in eggs was low and no prohibited antibiotic residues were found.
