硫酰氟对中药材仓储害虫的杀虫活性及其残留量分析

Sulfuryl fluoride insecticidal activity to Chinese medicinal materials storage pest and its residue analysis

为寻找中药材仓储害虫的防控技术,本文以不同浓度的硫酰氟熏蒸中药材,研究硫酰氟对中药材仓储害虫的防治效果,并检测其在不同中药材中的残留情况。结果表明:采用10 g/m3的硫酰氟在24℃条件下熏蒸48 h,对药材甲(Stegobium paniceum)、锯谷盗(Oryzaephilus surinamensis Linne)的成虫和幼虫均具有理想的杀灭效果;硫酰氟熏蒸中药材72 h,随着硫酰氟浓度的增加,药材中氟离子含量提高,二氧化硫含量普遍有所降低,且同种药材中硫酰氟熏蒸浓度越高,氟离子含量增加越多,二氧化硫含量降低越明显,其中党参中的二氧化硫含量下降达40%,散气15 d后均未检出硫酰氟残留。硫酰氟熏蒸对主要中药材仓储害虫具有良好的防治效果。

Storage pests is the difficult problem in the storage process of Chinese medicinal materials.The control effects are studlied with different concentrations of sulfuryl fluoride of fumigation Chinese medicinal materials,and its residue are analysed.The insecticidal activity is perfect to adults and larvae of Stegobium paniceum,Oryzaephilus surinamensis Linne with 10 g·m-3 sulfuryl fluoride fumigation in 48 h at 24℃.Concentration of fluoride ion in medicinal herbs is increased,while sulfur dioxide is reduced,with the increase of sulfuryl fluoride concent in 72 h fumigation.The more obvious fluorine ion content increased and sulfur dioxide content reduced,the higher concentration of sulfuryl fluoride in the same medicinal materials.The residue of sulfuryl fluoride has not detected after 15 d exposure.
