应用PCR-DGGE技术对不同地区储粮玉米霉菌的变化研究

Application of PCR-DGGE to study the characteristics of mould in stored grain in different regions

利用变性梯度凝胶电泳技术,研究不同地区粮库中储粮玉米表面微生物霉菌群落分布特点。结果表明:河南、黑龙江等不同地区粮库中,储粮玉米样品表面霉菌群落差异明显,而与贮藏年限相关性较小。通过分析储粮玉米表面微生物霉菌变化特征,为减少储粮污染提供理论支持。

The degraded gradient gel electrophoresis technique was used to study the distribution characteristics of microbial fungi on the surface of corn in the grain storage in different regions.The results showed that there were obvious differences in the surface mold population of grain storage corn samples in the grain storage in different areas of Henan and Heilongjiang,but the correlation with storage years was small.By analyzing the characteristics of microbial mold changes on the surface of corn in storage grain,literature support was provided to reduce the pollution of grain storage.
