摘要
黑曲霉(Asperillium niger)是食品和饲料行业被公认的发酵菌株,具有产酶丰富、酶活性高、不产毒素、能降解霉菌毒素等优点。其产品主要包括酶制剂和发酵饲料,酶制剂的功能主要体现在能分解抗营养因子,促进营养物质吸收和提高饲料利用率等方面;发酵饲料在减少抗生素滥用和食品安全方面发挥着重要作用。黑曲霉产品在改善动物健康状况,提高其生产性能方面效果明显,在动物生产上的应用前景广阔。
Aspergillus niger is recognized as safe fermented strain in food and feed field,with the advantages of rich enzyme production,high enzyme activity,no toxin production and can degrade mycotoxin,etc.Its products are mainly include enzyme preparation and fermented feed,the function of enzyme preparation is mainly reflected in the decomposition of anti-nutrient factors,the promotion of nutrient absorption and the improvement of feed utilization,etc.;Fermented feed plays an important role in reducing antibiotic abuse and food safety.Aspergillus niger products have significant effects on improving animal health and promoting production performance,and it has wide application prospects in animal production.
