猪流行性腹泻的诊断与防控

Diagnosis and control of porcine epidemic diarrhea

湖北省某规模化养猪场在2017年2月份到5月份暴发了急性腹泻病,哺乳仔猪的发病率最高,为79.60%,死亡率66.35%,其次为保育猪,发病率为52.33%,死亡率为37.67%。种猪以及育肥猪虽然也感染了猪流行性腹泻,但死亡率并不高。随机采集疑似病猪病料36份,通过反转录聚合酶链式反应检测,确诊为猪流行性腹泻病毒感染。母猪粪样17份,阳性率52.94%;公猪粪样2份,阳性率100%;仔猪粪样15份,阳性率26.67%;仔猪呕吐物1份,阳性率0%。通过及时采取返饲等综合防控措施使本病得到有效控制。

An acute diarrheal disease broke out on a pig farm in Hubei Province from February to May 2017,causing the highest morbidity(79.60%)and the highest death rate(66.35%)in suckling piglets,followed by nursery pigs(52.33%sick and 37.67%dead,respectively).Fewer deaths took place in breeding pigs and finishing pigs,which were also infected with porcine epidemic diarrhea.By reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PRC),testing pathological samples randomly collected from suspected sick pigs led to a definite diagnosis that the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus was to blame.17 samples of feces were collected from sows with a positive rate of 52.94%,2 from boars with 100%,15 from piglets with 26.67%,and 1 piglet vomit sample with 0%.The disease was put under effective control by means of timely comprehensive control measures,including refeeding.
