摘要
以干坞为研究对象,运用BIM技术建立沉管预制干坞三维信息模型,探索BIM技术在项目设计优化、可视化交底、进度推演、临建布设、施工模拟等方面的具体应用。实践证明,通过此类BIM技术的应用,能够快速有效的优化施工方案、减少返工、节约工期、减少建造成本,同时也为类似干坞工程中的BIM应用提供了参考与借鉴。
Taking the dry dock construction as the object of study,we used the BIM technology to build the three-dimensional information model of immersed tube prefabricated dry dock,explore the specific application of BIM technology in this project design optimization,visual presentation,scheduling deduction,construction layout,construction simulation and so on.It has been proved that through the application of such BIM technology,it can effectively optimize the construction program,reduce rework,save time and reduce construction costs and provide references for similar dry dock project in the BIM application.
