摘要 为研究压板材质、加压时间和含砂量影响疏浚黏土法向附着力特性,使用附着力测试仪检测黏土混砂土质在4种压板材质、两类加压时间和不同含砂量情况下法向附着力随含水率变化的情况,发现具有马氏体显微结构的低合金钢制作的压板较短时间内加载到低砂量硬塑黏土时,黏土的附着力较低;而加载到流塑性混砂黏土的时间越长,附着力越低。基于动态平衡观点的化学吸附理论解释试验现象。其试验结果对绞吸船施工疏浚起球和堵管黏土具有一定指导作用。 In order to study the influence of cover plate material,pressurization time and sand content on the normal adhesion of dredged clay,we used the adhesion tester to detect changes between the normal adhesion and moisture contents of clay mixed sand under these conditions of four plate materials,two types of pressurization time and different sand contents,and found that the adhesion of clay is low when a platen made of low-alloy steel with martensitic micro structure is loaded into hard plastic low-sand clay within a short period of time.While,the longer the loading time for the flow plastic clay mixed sand is,the lower the adhesion is.And the experimental phenomenon can be explained by using of chemical adsorption theory based on dynamic equilibrium.The test results have a certain guiding effect on dredging pilling and plugging clay.
