摘要
江西赣江新干航电枢纽工程船闸闸室输水廊道标准节段腔体结构空间大、长度长,通过对传统支撑体系的改进,采用整体移动模板系统,在传统模板施工的基础上增加了模板伸缩系统、模架承重系统、模架整体移动系统,成功解决了廊道侧墙及顶板一次性浇筑难的问题,保证了廊道止水效果,同时极大地降低了作业人员劳动强度。
The standard section cavity structure of the lock chamber culvert of Jiangxi Ganjiang Xingan navigation-power junction project has large space,long length.Through the improvement of traditional support system,by adopting the whole moving template system,the template expansion system,die set bearing system,the overall die set mobile system are added on the basis of the traditional template construction,the problem of the one-time casting of culvert side walls and roof has been solved successfully,and the water sealing effect of the culvert has been guaranteed.At the same time,the labor intensity of workers has been greatly reduced.
