社区营造导向下的城市更新探索

Exploration of Urban renewal Under the Guidance of Community Building

社区营造的概念最早起源于日本,自上世纪90年代引入我国台湾,指导了众多社区更新项目的实施。近年来加强社区治理具有更深层意义,我国其他一些地区也开始将社区营造作为创新基层治理的探索方向,并取得了一些经验。但总体来说,社区营造在国内还处于起步阶段。该文通过对三个具有社区营造特征的城市更新实践案例进行梳理和分析,总结社区营造对于城市更新的启示,为进一步的探索实践提供参考。

The concept of community building originated in Japan and was introduced to Taiwan in the1990s,guiding the implementation of many community renewal projects.In recent years,strengthening community governance has more implications.Some regions in the Mainland have also begun to take community building as an exploration of innovation in grassroots governance,and have gained some experience.But overall,community building is still in its infancy in the country.This paper summarizes and analyzes three urban renewal practice cases with community building characteristics,presenting the enlightenment of community building for urban renewal,and providing reference for further exploration and practice.
