摘要 我国电力系统峰谷差越来越大,纯凝火力发电机组已经不能满足电力调峰的需求,热电联产机组参与调峰成为必然趋势。以某330MW供热机组为例,根据厂家提供的设计数据,使用EBSILON模拟软件建立了供热机组的仿真模型,在仿真环境中设置与已有工况相对应的参数,将仿真得到的运行数据和已知数据对比验证模型的可靠性。重新设置参数得到了供热量与机组最大最小负荷的关系,同时根据供热面积和环境温度,得到了不同条件下供热机组的调峰范围,并对该供热机组进行了煤耗分析。 As the difference between load peaks and valleys becomes larger and larger,condensing unit can not meet the demand of peak shaving.It is an inevitable trend that cogeneration unit participates in peak shaving.In this paper,a330MW cogeneration unit is taken as an example.According to the design data provided by the manufacturer,the simulation model of the cogeneration unit is established by using EBSILON software.In the simulation environment,the parameters corresponding to the existing operating modes are set up,and the reliability of the model is verified by comparing the simulated running data with the known data.The relationship between the heat supply and the maximum and minimum load of the unit is obtained by resetting the parameters.At the same time,connecting heating area and environmental temperature,the peak shaving range of cogeneration unit under different conditions was obtained,and the coal consumption analysis of the cogeneration unit was carried out.
