提高汽轮机变负荷速率的调节阀组流量特性变自由度设计策略 被引量:6

摘要 针对传统汽轮机调节阀组综合流量特性斜率为1的线性度设计规则,定义了特性曲线设计的自由度概念;在此基础上,根据实际机组调节特性差异性,提出了基于实际运行大数据的流量特性变自由度设计及实现策略。在多台实际变负荷能力受限、被电网考核严重的亚临界330MW供热机组上进行实际应用测试,取得了良好的应用效果:AGC性能指标提升明显,给电厂带来很大的间接经济效益。所以,该汽轮机调节阀组流量特性的优化设计策略具有非常大的有效性及实际应用价值。 The concept of linearity for characteristic curve design is defined for linearity design in traditional turbine's regulation valve group,which satisfied a rule of the slope of integrated flow characteristic curve is1.Based on this principle,a design strategy with variable freedom of flow characteristics was proposed by the difference of the actual unit regulation characteristics.The practical tests were performed on a subcritical330MW heating units.This unit has a limited capacity of actual variable load and has been penalized by grid many times.This method has obtained some great application results:the index of AGC performance is improved obviously,which brings great indirect economic benefits to the power plant.Therefore,the optimal design strategy of the flow characteristics for the steam turbine regulation valve group was effectively and has a great practical application value.
