摘要 伴随着智能物流行业的高速发展,设计出一辆高效的无人驾驶配货车实现智能物流对整个社会的发展有着重大意义,文章着眼于无人驾驶,致力于人工减负,开发智能配货车方案。该方案设计改造了转向、制动等系统的执行机构并以K60单片机为主要控制部件编写算法和控制程序,通过车载摄像头和激光雷达测距仪等传感器获取信息,利用电机工作和控制原理等完成整个系统的运作。本产品可以自主根据规划好的路线获取路线的点位信息,然后通过GPS自主寻线按照点位信息自动驾驶,而且可以根据激光雷达实现避障功能。能配货车前景广阔,市场容量巨大,将产生显著的经济效益和社会效益,商业价值明显。 With the rapid development of intelligent logistics industry,it is of great significance for the development of the whole society to design an efficient unmanned truck to realize intelligent logistics.The scheme designs and reforms the executive mechanism of the steering and braking system,and compiles the algorithm and control program with K60 single chip microcomputer as the main control component,obtains the information through the vehicle cameras,laser radar rangefinders and other sensors,and completes the operation of the whole system by using the motor operation and control principle.This product can obtain the point information of the route independently according to the planned route,and then drive automatically according to the point information through GPS,and can realize the obstacle avoidance function according to the lidar.The truck can be equipped with a broad prospect,huge market capacity,will produce significant economic and social benefits,commercial value is obvious.
