摘要
文章首先从整体上分析了车辆振动的来源。详细介绍了基于多自由度的振动理论分析方法,分析自由度的选取对仿真结果计算的影响和选取原则。在振动试验研究中,详细介绍了幅值分析法、功率谱分析法,并通过实例阐述这些方法在减振技术研究中的具体应用。同时,为了得到真实的数据,还介绍了振动试验数据处理方法,包括去直流分量、滤波技术。论文的结果可以为工程技术人员提供良好的技术支持。
In this paper,we analyzes the source of vehicle vibration from the whole point of view.The vibration theory analysis method is introduced in detail based on multiple degrees of freedom.How to select the freedom of the vibration system is effect on the result of stimulation.In the study of vibration test,the amplitude analysis method and power spectrum analysis method are introduced in detail.These study methods are introduced in detail by some examples.At the same time,in order to get the really datas,some data processing methods of vibration test are introduced in this article.including the reducing the DC components,digital filtering technologies.The results of the thesis can provide a good technical support for engineers and technicians.
