摘要 在我国特种车辆执行紧急任务时享有道路优先通行权,紧急情况下可闯红灯,具有较大的安全隐患,所以进行特种车辆信号优先控制研究是非常必要的。在分析特种车辆行车特性的基础上,设计了一套由特种车辆检测系统、通信系统、交通信号控制系统、交通管理与控制中心所组成的特种车辆信号优先控制系统,并对各组成功能进行了介绍,阐述了特种车辆交叉口信号优先控制策略及逻辑,同时对不同交叉口下特种车辆信号优先进行研究。该信号优先系统在保证行车安全的前提下,可以极大提高特种车辆运行效率。 Special vehicles have the priority to pass through road when performing urgent tasks in China,and they can run red lights in case of emergency,which has greater safety risks.Under the premise of safety passing,it is very necessary to study the signal priority control of special vehicles.Based on the analysis of the driving characteristics of special vehicles,this paper designs special vehicles signal priority control system,including special vehicles detection system,communicating system,traffic signal control system,traffic management and control center,and the function of each component is introduced.At the same time,this paper expounds the traffic intersection signal priority control strategy and logic,and studies the strategy of special vehicle signal priority under different intersection.The signal priority system can greatly improve the operation efficiency of special vehicles under the premise of ensuring the safety of driving.
