摘要
白车身是汽车的重要结构之一,随着我国汽车保有量逐年增加和安全法规的升级,对白车身的强度要求越来越严格,白车身下车体材料的型号和料厚选择直接影响白车身的强度性能。文章以重卡为基础,介绍了两款车型满足不同法规的下车体选材的设计,并对此进行重卡白车身下车体选材设计的总结,为后期开发重卡白车身下车体的板材选择提供了思路。
Body in white is one of the important structures of automobile.With the increase of vehicle ownership and the upgrading of safety regulations in China,the intensity requirements of the body in white are becoming more and more strict.The selection of material type and material thickness of underbody of body in white directly affects the strength performance of the body in white.Based on heavy truck,this paper introduces the material selection design of two types of vehicle models that meet different laws and regulations,and summarizes the material selection design of underbody of heavy truck’s body in white,providing the ideas for material selection of later development on underbody of heavy truck’s body in white.
