浅谈汽车LED前照灯设计方法及流程

随着汽车技术的发展,汽车行驶速度不断提高,汽车前照灯具有非常重要的主动安全及被动安全功能。随着21世纪新型光源LED的出现,以其光效高、寿命长、节能环保、响应时间短等特点取代其他光源,LED光源的发光特性与传统汽车前照灯的光源不同,所以在设计LED汽车前照灯的过程中,需要采用全新的设计方法。文章主要从LED前照灯设计流程及设计原则方面介绍了LED汽车前照灯系统的设计。

With the development of automotive technology,the speed of automobiles continues to improve,automotive headlights have very important active and passive safety functions.With the emergence of a new light source LED in the 21st century,it replaces other light sources with its high light efficiency,long life,energy saving,environmental protection,short response time and other characteristics.The luminous characteristics of LED light source are different from those of traditional automotive headlamps.Therefore,in the process of designing LED automotive headlamps,it is necessary to adopt a new design method.This paper mainly introduces the design of LED automotive headlamp system from the design process and design principles of LED headlamp.
