整车道路耐久性试验自动化排程研究与应用

Research and Application of Automated Scheduling of Vehicle Road Durability Test

整车道路耐久性试验过程周期长,试验规范数量大,无效行驶里程多,试验规范排程难以有效控制,使得整车耐久性的考核质量难以保证。文章基于Softmax匹配算法,对规范均匀度与无效里程进行优化,并开发规范自动化排程软件,结果表明整车考核质量和试验运行效率得到提高。

Thevehicledurabilityroadtesthaslong period. It is difficult to keep durability test qualitybecause of massive module, useless mileage and non-effective arrangement module. Based on Softamx matching algorithm to optimize module uniform and useless mileage, and developed automatic arrangement module software. The actual result shows that this test technique has improved vehicle durability test quality and test executive efficiency.
