摘要
文章重点研究某增压柴油机的电控EGR阀偏差值限值设定合理性,结合市场故障,对电控EGR阀偏差值进行试验研究,通过不断增大EGR阀偏差值,从发动机的动力性,进气跟随性和裸排烟度等方面进行试验结果评价,最终得出EGR阀总偏差值可以由现有10%增大到15%,能够有效地降低电控EGR阀市场故障率。
This paper focuses on the reasonableness of setting the deviation limit of the electronic control EGR valve of a supercharged diesel engine.Combining with the market failure,the deviation value of the electronic control EGR valve is tested and studied.The test results are evaluated from the engine dynamic,air intake and bare smoke degree through increasing the deviation value of the EGR valve,and the total deviation of the EGR valve is finally obtained.The value can be increased from 10%to 15%,which can effectively reduce the market failure rate of the electronically controlled EGR valve.
