某后驱车后桥啸叫优化

摘要 某后驱车在三档全油门加速工况下车速90km/h~100km/h时,车内后桥啸叫声较大,通过测试车内噪声和拆解后桥,得出主减啮合斑点存在问题,针对主减啮合斑点存在的问题进行齿轮修形,改善后的后桥测试结果表明,后桥啸叫声明显降低,主观评价可接受。 at the third gear full throttle accelerating,the whistle of inside car is louder when the car speed is 90km/h between 100km/h,by testing interior noise and disassemble the rear axle,it gets a problem with the rear axle gears meshing spot,for the problem of the gear meshing spot it adjusts the shape of the rear axle gears,the test results of the improved rear axle shows that the rear axle whistle is obvious reduced,the interior noise is acceptable by subjective evaluation.
